In the video, it makes a clicking sound when it turns, which looks very interesting, does anyone say how it feels to use it?

It is a subtle tactile feeling. Not very loud. I catch myself playing with it when I have my phone in my hand. Like a fidget toy.

Can the blade be replaced? If so where can I get replacements?

Also the size of the blade is personalized designed for aulumu G05. So, can't open and replace the blade. There is no need to worry about the broken of the blade. It's made from high-quality ceramic, which will stay sharp and never rust. But, we still suggest not to cut large, hard or thick item.
