Will it fit on the cover for where you put gas in your car?

I believe it will fit for sure on the gas cap cover, the decal is about 4 inches at the widest point

Can this item be used on a plastic laptop cover?

Not really sure, but it is a hard decal so as long as it is a completely flat surface it should be ok. I would recommend trying a glue that would work with a plastic as well. Thank you for your inquiry

Can this item be easily removed?

I haven’t tried to remove it yet, however I believe it will be pretty easy to remove it
