NGT Distance Sticks with Glow in the Dark Tips and Case, Transparent, 12ft

Perfect sticks for what you need, no point spending 50quid on something that all you do is wrap your line around. Only problem is the brightness of the glow tops it's practically none exsistant but doing it with a head torch on don't really make any difference

I bought these after seeing a number of youtube carping videos and reading articles in total Carp where (wraps) were often referred to in both baiting up scenarios, in finding spots to fish over and simply improving consistency of swim management. A bit of practice to get the line flowing nicely off the spool and in the figure of eight over the sticks but totally worthwhile. I like the measuring line you get with the sticks, although the claim that these are glow in the dark are somewhat exaggerated. I was on a very dark lake but still, at no stage could I see the tips glowing. That said, that is not why I bought them and just use my headtorch if measuring out in the dark. Would recommend these. They are solid, go into the ground well and do what they set out to. Other than the glow in the dark fail, no other complaint.

Feels like very good quality for the price, seems to do the same thing as expensive distance sticks

Quality is good. Hasn’t snagged the line. The glow tips only glow for a short time. It is possible to reactivate them with a Uv torch, but it only lasts 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, got no problems. Comes in nice carry case. The cord is much longer than 12ft and is quite stretchy, so measure out and tie it the length you want.

Sticks are very short and line can get trapped on the end caps of the sticks, keep an eye on them.
