OK, a little background: I have allergies. A lot of allergies. I use Flonase spray and allergy eye drops and those help the problem but I’d prefer a more natural way for the problem. I’ve been reading about silver and how that works and I was curious about it if would help me. The ingredient list is impressive… it has only 3 ingredients. This year I’ve experienced a lot of congestion. This says to spray 2 sprays per nostril. Immediately you feel a little tingling sensation but that’s because you are spraying silver up your nose, right? Well, a minute later my congestion was gone.. and the difference is that you don’t feel the congestion drip down your throat as you would with either Flonase or the eye drops. I will be getting this for my mom too - this is 15USD per bottle which is what I would normally pay for the eye drops alone.. A great price.

This product didn't help me with some nasal/sinus congestion I was having. But it could work for you, I'm in the middle about this product.

Clears nasal well and lasts a long time. It's kind of strong though, a little equals a lot.

No really bad taste or smell, but this stuff did nothing for me. It did go through clogged nostrils, but didn't alleviate further stuffiness. Easy enough to use if you are okay shooting liquid into your sinuses.

After extensive research regarding purified silver, I have found some alarming information. There have been several published reports by renowned Doctors regarding the misleading internet marketing for silver nasal sprays. I have learned that long term use of silver- containing products is associated with a permanent blueish-gray discoloration to the skin known as argyria. Although these products remain widely available despite several measures by the FDA to regulate them. In these reports they say the information about silver-containing nasal sprays is misleading and inaccurate. Consumers are unlikely to easily discover the risk of argyria with long term use of this product. I recommend you do your research first before believing everything you read on the label. This is not safe and effective.

My mom has been using this nasal spray since she had a bad cold that came with some serious congestion. She loved that it helped moisturize her nasal passages and helped get rid of the congestion. She said that it doesn't really help with the congestion any better than her normal nasal spray, but the fact that it helps with the dryness was a big reason she like this spray more.
