It's screen accurate in terms of looks, but it's not built to last by any means. It you plan on hanging a lightsaber hilt from it, you should keep in mind that you'll need a replacement/upgrade in the future because it can only handle the weight for so long.Also, you may want to consider sizing up. I ordered a medium and have a 31" waist. The belt fits nicely, but a significant amount of velcro shows in the back that I think could have been avoided if I had sized up. It's not a big problem, though, because I just cover the velcro up with a pouch.

Make no mistake here, I really like this product. However, there is a glaring problem with it....the thing is made of synthetic leather. I don't want to cry "false advertising" but when you describe a product as being made of leather I expect the real deal, not an imitation. Real leather doesn't lighten considerably from slight stress bends, but "pleather" does.If you're looking for a somewhat screen accurate belt for your Jedi costume for a decent price, look no further. On the other hand, if you need a belt that you'd be proud to show off to the Rebel Legion, you may want to try and make one yourself.

The belt looks great and is constructed great. I've waited many years to buy one of these. The only negative about this is the smell. It smells like moth balls and cigarette smoke.

You can't fault the item for not being as described. There are some little things that make me wish for more. First, the finish. I guess you could say it's "distressed", but really it looks pretty new. Second, the hardware. It's shiny silver and monotone. If the belt were distressed, shouldn't the hardware be as well?Again, it's not like there's any false advertising here. It's just that, at $40, I'd hope for a little better.

This belt is made of what seems to be pretty high quality leather. It looks just like the one worn in the movies by Obi-Wan. I would definitely recommend that you buy one of these bad boys if you've been considering it. They are a tad bit pricey but overall with what you pay for. Hope this helps. :)

This is the belt the costumes should come with in the first place. If you are looking for something well made and that looks great, this is it!
