So far so good, like all supplements, you really never know what you are getting. I haven't had any ill effects and hopefully, after I use up the bottle I will notice the effects. I'm doubtful of anyone claiming that after a few days, they can feel any effects and would say that's more of a placebo effect and change in diet or exercise.
