**Q: Does it support service with a sim card?**
A: This model only has the extended memory micro SS card slot. Will not be able to accept a SIM card. Higher models from Lenovo do

**Q: can I install the aol browser?**
A: Probably but I really don't know.

**Q: Does this tablet have a headphone jack/audio port?**
A: Yes it does have a headphone jack.  Please allow me to add, even though the tablet has a slot for an SD card to expand memory, the tablet is not engineered to read it. 32G internal memory is all you will ever get. Also, the latest update w/preinstalled software takes up 35-40% of that memory. The update removed the normal ability to adjust normal setting without going into the full Tab setting option. Sir/Ma'am, I do not recommend this tablet.  I don't even use it anymore and intend to give it away soon.

**Q: Can I download  and use Teams and Moodle App's?**
A: Absolutely.   You may need a user license to use MS Teams, however.
