We are finishing a bathroom and bought this system. Unfortunately when our plumber came we realized we needed a ceiling mount instead of a wall mount. I didn’t see that as an option on Amazon, so I reached out to the company directly and asked if they had some sort of other attachment I could purchase. They were extremely responsive and quick to reply, and sent out the ceiling mount at no extra cost. Our bathroom still isn’t finished but as soon as it is, I will add a picture. Thus far I am very happy with the quality and look of this system. Update 1: We had an issue in our basement due to flooding before we finished it and we lost a knob for the main water shut off/on valve. We contacted customer support and they again replaced the part, no questions ask. It was so generous of them and such a silver lining to a bad situation (basement flooding just before we finished it). I'm so happy with my purchase from them that I am looking at other purchases I could source through them because I love working with a company that is so concerned for their customers and bends over backwards to make sure they have everything they need!

This item has terrible instructions and it gave my contractor a hard time! There are parts that don’t fit in properly. I’ve invested an entire bathroom renovation around this product and now I’m screwed. The cover for the jets and the extension piece is not the right size.

Set screw missing for one of the selectors and the plate that covers the mixing valve is too small.

I faced issues with leaks, I received a positive customer service and was able to fix my issue after using the replacement unit. The shower system is great and we enjoy it!

Round cover plate is too small. It does not cover the corners of the rough in valve assembly. Now you can see the rough in area after the shower has been completed. Its already installed in a $25,000 custom shower and there's nothing I can do.... Replacing the rough-in assembly would cost thousands.

Finish plate does not seal off to keep water from getting into wall. Has O rings but the holes are larger than controls. Not possible to keep water from getting behind it. No customer support. Changed to 5 star since they are going to refund half.

This shower system is absolutely stunning! It works awesome too! The finish is flawless and the design of this shower system is gorgeous! If you are wanting to update your bathroom and are looking for a really great shower system this one will make your bathroom fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this shower kit, I am so happy with it! I would highly recommend it to a family or friends. It is high-end for sure!

I am having this shower system installed into my newly renovated bathroom. I found this before the plumber came and he drew up a design that is going to be amazing. I really love the quality of this shower system. It is the high end fixture I have always wanted. I will post pictures when finished. But for now I say Just buy it already.
