This is a very good deal because you get plenty of tape for nine dollars.As long as you use alcohol on the skin area before you put the tape down, you're good to go.Great for fasciitis around the heel of the foot. Tape goes from the ball of the foot back around the heel and up. Works well. I endorse this product.

Works as expected

I use this tape all the time and for everything. I mean it, I’m a mason and if my wrist is sore at work I can wrap some around my wrist, I don’t like wearing gloves so I’ll also wrap my fingers with it, I have some on my EDC revolver grip to make it easier to draw from my pocket holster, I have this tape covering the white logos on rifle mounted attachments, I use this tape on my scissors, it’s on my range bucket handle, I’ve used it to keep wires on my rifles and shotguns taped to the hand guard instead of flying free in the wind. This tape is simply the most useful tape in the world.

I bought this tape for my son to use for work he does a lot of bending and lifting and twisting it's a good quality tape and I would purchase it again

This is similar to elastoplast tape rather than sports tape. No backing and not as adhesive either. Really disappointed
