Easy to chew hospital type ice
I was hesitant to buy an ice maker online bc you never know what your going to get. My brother purchased this one and it is literally the perfect, frosted, easy to chew, hospital type ice... So I ended up purchasing one for myself. Comparable to Chick-fil-A ice. The only thing I don't like about it is that is doesn't fill the ice box completely unless you use the scoop and push the ice to the left so it can keep filling bc once the ice piles up like a mountain, it stops dropping ice until you push it over and it starts dropping again. When it says you have to fill with water, you have to hit the button twice to get it to start making ice again. Other than that, it is amazing. It has vents on the side so you have to make sure there's nothing within 6" on either side of the counter.

Great little ice maker!
The media could not be loaded. This is replacing an igloo I had for a few years. It’s basically the same with a few improvements that are thoughtful. It chugs out cubes every few minutes and keeps going and going. It’s much quieter than the old one, and the ice basket that catches it is a softer plastic, so it doesn’t ‘clang’ when they drop. Included is a scoop you attach with a suction cup that keeps it off the countertop. And, really nice, you can open the lid fully under the cabinets, if positioned away from the cabinet supports. We had to slide the old one forward to remove ice. It’s slightly narrower, and in my small kitchen, every inch helps. Pleasantly surprised at how nice this is. You just fill it with water (and keep it full as the level drops), push the power button, and select large or small cubes. I always pick large. It takes an extra min or so, but the cubes last longer. Fair warning-the basket area is not a freezer. You must remove the ice cubes and stick them in the freezer. The unit will shut off when the basket is full. I recommend this ice maker

Ice cubes are perfect! Although machine is not quiet.
This little ice machine is aesthetically what I wanted, white + small, and was at an affordable price point (under $100) compared to others. The ice cubes come out perfect, and I like the "small" setting. Minus one star because it is not completely silent, and the loud fan / ice cubes dropping do make noise. Therefore, I unplug it after I make a batch of ice. It also comes with an ice scooper and ice bags. Overall, I would purchase again.

It makes ice
Incredibly simple to operate. Makes ice quite quicker than expected. Have to remember to empty the ice basket to the freezer before it starts to melt. Performs as advertised. Fits on my counter without getting in the way of anything. Ice "cubes" are bullet style so they melt quickly but that's as expected for this style of ice.

Great ice maker
This summer was a hot one and it was difficult for our fridge to keep up with our demand for ice. I love the texture of the ice that it produces and it makes the ice pretty quickly. As a tip make sure that you keep the vents clear when the ice maker is running. The only negative is that it's a little louder than expected but for noisy house it's not a big deal. The ice maker also comes with a perfect cute scooper!! The chord is long so it can be placed anywhere easily. Lastly the ice maker is incredibly easy to operate. Plug in, fill to line, push the button and enjoy!

Helpful hint
I love this nugget icemaker. There is one thing that I didn't see mentioned in reviews that I thought I'd share. I have a separate ice bin in my freezer for the nugget ice. After the holder is full, I dump the ice into the freezer bin. However, because the ice is so wet, it requires an ice pick or utensil to break it up back into nuggets. Not a big deal since once you break it up and it stays in the freezer, it stays separated as nuggets rather than one big ice sheet.

Worked great at first
I bought this for a late Christmas present for myself so I got it in January 24. I hooked it up like it said and did a cleaning cycle and all. Worked great until about may and then it started saying it needed water when it still had water. I even turn it off at night so it doesn’t just cycle for no reason. I checked about chat support but the warranty or whatever must have already ended because there was no option to return. I have cleaned it and it still does that. Now tonight (29th of July) it started making a horrible loud clicking noise and I saw the thing that turns and breaks the ice into chunks was frozen. So I turned it off. Let it melt. Turned it back on and it still does that noise. I’ve turned it off and waited several hours and still makes the noise so I guess it’s busted some how 🥲 I loved this machine so much but I am very disappointed it only worked a few months especially since it was so expensive.

does what it claims to do
This ice maker is great. It's easy to use- fill the reservoir with water, place the basket in, turn it on, and select the ice size. Minutes later, it starts making ice. Of course it starts to melt right away- it doesn't claim to be a refrigerator. Note- alot of these ice makers don't actually refrigerate the ice, either. Once the ice melts out of the basket, the water returns to the reservoir, and if enough collects in the reservoir, it'll remake that into more ice. If you leave it on, it just perpetually makes ice from the melted water over and over so that you either always have ice or are just a short time away from having ice. I think its great so far and is way better than fumbling with crap ass ice trays.

Great ice machine!
I like how easy it is to use and how quick it makes ice! We used this ice machine in our camper for two weeks and kept it running most of the time and it did not disappoint. Like others have said, it is not a freezer so you have to use the ice right away. We kept an ice bucket in our plug in cooler and it kept the ice overnight.

Edited****. Works fine, but on a solar powered battery you need at least a 1000w inverter
***EditedSo I wanted it to work on my solar powered deep cycle battery which powers everything else including my laptop and blowdryer, but I guess I needed a 1000w inverter (mine was only 500 w) to power up the startup on the compressor of the ice maker. We were at our cottage with only solar power. When I tried the ice maker at home it worked fine, but on the solar powered battery it went through the cleaning cycle but didn't turn on to make ice. So I guess we'll have to use it only when we have direct power and not use it with our solar battery. So the problem wasn't with the ice maker, we just didn't have a strong enough inverter on the battery. We used the ice maker for a BBQ party at home and it kept up making ice really well. I just transferred the ice to my fridge to keep it frozen as it only stays frozen for a little while in the ice maker.

Ice machine
Works good, but the cubes have a slight funny taste, I tried different water. Hopefully it just needs more use.

Not very good unit.
This lasted me one weekend camping and hasn’t worked since. I wouldn’t waste your money.
