Crimson Trace Hardline Pro LPVO MIL 1-10x28 34mm Tube with Solid Construction and Scope Caps Ideal for Hunting, Shooting, Tactical and Outdoor

I have wanted a LPVO for my rifle for a while and have been using the iron sights it came with since I wanted to be familiar with both. I have been comparing various models and came across this one with a familiar name and an outstanding value. I knew I wanted a true 1x power, and I like that this one can zoom all the way to 10x. When it arrived, I was surprised with the size of the box, and after opening it, I realized what a beast this scope is! It is very heavy and built like a tank. It has a lifetime warranty, again from a brand I have done business within the past. The optics are just great, very clear and bright, and the 1x is awesome. I like the reticle, as it is etched and easy to see even while off. I also appreciate the intensity settings have an “off” setting between each one. I got a one-piece mount and added it without ay issues. It looks amazing mounted, and the eye relief is ample enough for a great sight picture. Again, this is one rugged optic with great clarity for the price!

My husband is very happy with this scope. He says it is very easy to set up and operate, is lightweight and well designed. The build quality is excellent. The optics are clear and accurate. It's a nice investment for seasoned or even beginning hunters.

Weighing in at 1 lb 3.1oz (541g) for just the optic it’s a lot lighter than expected. Adding 7oz(202g) for some hefty rings in my case and a bit for the lens caps still isn’t terrible. It is VERY clear! I cannot tell the difference compared to my Sniper LPVO nor against my Vortex and maybe a bit better than SWFA.By all accounts it is just a great optic for the price. The included lever for the magnification ring is made of polymer which I imagine keeps weight and cost down, but should work just fine. It feels very solid when attached and is easy to use.The lens caps are nothing to write home about and are about as you’d expect from simple slide over caps. There’s nothing wrong with them, but I’m now spoiled by the aluminum thread on caps from Sniper optics. The rubber grip area on the diopter has loads of traction. Which translates to holding the cap very securely.As does the rubber on the illumination dial. The illumination dial has a bit of a new trick for me. The adjustments all have an off position between all brightness levels. Which makes it super nice to just turn off instead of having to rotate all the way back to a zero position for off.Adjusting the turrets is smooth and easy, but they do say in the manual that they are re-settable. So you’re supposed to be able to lift them up, rotate back to zero, and press back down. I could not get mine to lift. It makes me feel like I’m doing it wrong somehow, but I just couldn’t get them to lift up. And I also noted that the little graduated inset disk can be easily manually moved inside the turret. That’s not good in my opinion. Is it likely going to be a problem? Nah, probably not. But I would much rather it be solid so there’s no accidental shifting and then being confused about what happened to your zero. So that loses half a star.Overall, it’s really an amazing optic for the money!

This is my first illuminated reticle scope. Not having any others to compare it to makes that part difficult but it’s very bright and easily adjustable. The overall design and quality looks great for this price point. From what I’ve used it for so far is very clear, dials are easy to use and magnification looks great. I’m waiting for my quick release scope mount and it’s going on my AR15. In the box it comes with the battery needed and caps for both ends. I think they nailed it outta the park with this one! Great scope for under $400

I own Vortex and Holosun optics. This seems to be in the same price. The weight is a little below average for a LPVO but the construction is solid. I dropped my rifle and the Polymer throw lever it came with broke but optic is fine. The clarity is good for its price. I have been using it on my 308 and it works great. Would recommend!

Initial impressions are quite good, I am not an expert but it feels like this scope is punching above its price-class in a lot of ways and I am really looking forward to deer hunting with it in November. Be sure to get some high quality scope rings to go with it, and they are larger 30mm ones I believe so the 1 inch ones I had for my old scope were not right for this but it is a simple swap.
