NO plastic liner
The reason I ordered these was the plastic liner to prevent corrosion in our canadian winters. That was the whole point on ordering these compared to the dozen others here on Amazon. No liners on any of the 5 caps in the package I received. The previous alloy caps I used on my truck had the aluminum react to the steel stem and literally fused together after 2 winters so was a big selling point. I was lucky as I was able to get mine off. Google it. Lots of people haven't. Back to greasing the stems I guess. Otherwise they are great caps.
