Quite floury
I didn't expect it to be as floury as it is. Nice flavour but can't really use it to sprinkle a bit on top of stuff to well.

This item arrived quickly and is of good quality. Obviously, it's not quite as good as fresh garlic (in my opinion) and I prefer granulated garlic as a condiment at the table (eg on cold roast chicken), but I find this powder is really good as a quick addition to tomatoe sauces, soups and stews etc. The postage looks ridiculously high on such a small item, but as the garlic powder itself is not expensive it costs out pretty well.

Garlic granules are better.
Flavourful enough - it's garlic after all but not likely to buy again. Odd metallic taste. Granules seem to be a better flavour than the powdered garlic here.

Garlic Powder quick delivery, great product
Product arrived quickly. Long BB date. I haven’t used it in cooking yet, but it’s a fine powder and I feel it will be a very useful addition to my spice rack. Great to use in stews and foiod. Very good price. I have no reason to doubt the quality of this company’s products.
