On top of using high density knitting, we actually wash the raw fabric in hot water to both shrink the fabric and reduce the color bleed. - Garment washed. If Pre-shrunk wasn't enough, we wash our finished garments so each is ready to wear as soon as it arrives. - Shrink-free. Typically, we see 3-5% shrinkage after repeated washings. It's what you wanted
Very speedy delivery of this high-quality sweatshirt. It's difficult to find 100% cotton, especially in a heavyweight sweatshirt. i agree with previous reviewers that it is styled to fit men, but I don't care, I'm going to be raking leaves, not going to the Met Gala. How about some new colors?

Great Sweatshirt BUT DON'T...
The only reason I'm giving this four stars as opposed to five is because this very expensive sweatshirt doesn't hold up well after washing if you put it in the dryer. Personally I wore my grey & black zip up sweatshirts throughout the colder months in San Diego. Yes, I did put them in the dryer after washing. If I buy more of these in the future I will be sure to NOT put them in the dryer, they lose their shape and are looking dumpy now. I have gotten a lot of use out of them and love that they are 100% cotton which is not easy to find these days.

All cotton and made in Canada!
The photos on Amazon are accurate. This is a very full sized sweatshirt, which is exactly what I wanted. I am a small even in women's standard sizing. I can wear a heavy sweater underneath this sweatshirt and it's still roomy. I like the way the oversize looks. Since winters are cold where I live, I even wear these comfy hoodies around the house, or when curling up on the couch with a book. I have two: the black is a true solid black color, the grey is a faded washed. The black and the navy blue (a true dark navy blue color, I bought for a friend) are a little softer than the grey. Maybe this is from being less washed, then the grey that has the faded look? Sill, I personally like both choices. I highly recommend this sweatshirt, if you are looking for this style.

Great cotton hoodie
It's pretty impossible to find 100% cotton hoodies and even harder to find heavyweight ones. This is a high quality sweatshirt, so cozy and soft. It definitely runs large. It's a perfect outdoor hoodie since it is so heavyweight. I would normally order an XL (I wanted it roomy for working or for wearing stuff under it) but since this is unisex size I opted for a medium. It's a little large still, but it works for my needs. I could have done a small, but I'll stick with the medium. Made in Canada, eh. Great quality!

100% cotton heavy duty sweatshirt.
I absolutely am in love with this sweatshirt. I have a chemical sensitivity and spent hours looking for a cotton sweatshirt. So hard to find one without polyester. This was delivered before we got 2 feet of snow and not a lot of heat in the house. It’s soft, heavy duty and all cotton. I’m thrilled to finally find something. It’s a little to big in the shoulders and too long but who cares I have something warm to wear in the house. 🥰

PLEASE NOTE: This garment is constructed for women but sized for men (website states "very generous unisex fit"), which I never would have known if I didn't check their website before purchasing. I wear a size XL, but purchased the small, a good fit, even if the arms are a bit long. See for sizing: [...]Having said that, this is an incredibly well-made, heavy weight (18 oz per website, not 20 oz) cotton hoodie.

Length fine, bust size ok
I had to send it back. Length fine, bust size ok, but shoulders and upper arms huge. Looked like giant bat wings. Not at all sized for a woman.
