This band is nice-looking and well finished. The spring-loaded retractable pins make it much easier to install and remove than one with standard pins that have to be pushed and pried with some kind of small tool. The useable length is right at 7-1/4" (plus the watch, of course), so should be long enough for most. The rectangular adjustment holes are fairly close-spaced, so a good fit is easy to set, and they mesh with the flat tongue of the buckle.The downside: "Top grain" leather is not "full grain", and is more delicate, and often quite thin. In the case of this band, the outer leather is paper thin (tissue thin?), looking at it with a loupe...too thin to photograph easily. You'll have to use this band carefully and/or infrequently to make it last. The quick-release pins will help with that, if you save the band for dressy use rather than everyday.
