Definitely see an effect for sure. This is going to sound nasty but my toenails grew so much I accidentally broke them.My nails on my hands are strong and healthy. Will update when I revisit my hairstylist again to see if it’s having a good effect on my hair but it’s worth the buy trust me.

I think it’s working!
