EDIT: After leaving the review for the metal brackets, the seller reached out and let me know that there is a 2-year warranty and offered a refund for the damaged brackets. With this level of customer service, I would order from this seller again. I would recommend opening and checking your product as soon as you receive and contact the seller with issues, rather than wait like I did and feel like you are now just "stuck with it" because you missed the return window.>>>ORIGINAL Review<<<All the metal wall brackets are bent... 6 for 6, bought 3 15" ones and 3 22" ones... all have the same problem. Causing the front of the shelves to lean downwards. Even before putting anything on them. Just the weight of the shelf has the front tipping. So disappointed. And I held onto them too long, so it is too late to return. :(

They look great in the bathroom used for extra space to store items. They was easy to install and the really fits the space perfectly. Love how they looks sturdy

For the price and ease of installation you can’t beat it!
So these shelves are pretty good especially for the price. They’re easy to install, they’re very clean looking and just over all cool the only downside is they don’t seem all that sturdy so that’s why I gave it 4 stars, they say they can hold up to 22 lbs but honestly I don’t think they can. As long as you don’t put heavy things on them you’ll be fine. Overall they’re great looking I do recommend them

Not what we expected but good customer support
Very cheap, put them up and they slant down. Not stable at all. Had to use the braces just to get them straight. Do not recommend at all. Should not be allowed to be called floating shelves. Very disappointed but we had drilled all the holes already so do not want to return them. If you do get them make sure you have shims available but know that they are not sturdy at all.Update: customer service was great! They helped make sure that we were taken care of. In looking more at the reviews seems they are mixed and possible we got a bad set. I think they just need more reinforcement in the internal supports to make item more sturdy. If you get these and find they do not work for you we would recommend reaching out to their customer service.

Nice shelves, bad white dry wall anchors, use yellow instead
These shelves are nice. Light weight. Super easy to install. The only part I struggled with were the white dry wall anchors. It seems that the screws provided are not big and/or long enough for these anchors. When I tried installing the metal holders, the screw just would not get tight. I didn't over tighten them, it never got tight to begin with. Had I stuck with them, then the shelves would have been droopy and possibly become a dangerous fall hazard. I ended up using my own dry wall anchors that were similar, and they worked fine with the screws provided. In hindsight, you may be better off using the yellow anchors for drywall installations.
