Comfortable but tilt a bit to the right side.

When I ordered this chair I did it because I tried to put a love seat in the basement but I could not get it down the stairs. So I decided to do a chair for watching TV and gaming. It had to fit down the stairs, the basement is cold so I thought heat would be a good option. Reclining was a plus so I did not have to have yet another piece of furniture in an small area. I was looking to stay between 200 and 300. I found this chair and ordered it. It came quicker than expected, actually half did which was confusing at first but somehow the 2 boxes got separated at some point. I would say it was pretty easy to put together as no bolts are required. After it was all said and done I found out this chair also swivels, rocks and have message in it. All things I did not notice when ordering it. I have used it for about 3 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. I use the message way more than I expected it to. The only complaint I have is that the controller for the heat and message can not be read in the low light. Not a deal breaker. Not thick leather so if you have animals or kids...... might be an issue down the line.

My 84 yr old dad loves it, very good quality for the price, I bought a non slip mat to go underneath it and reinforced it to firmly secure to the floor to make sure it won't slide back on him, it's been a couple months now, no issues, the only downside is that it doesn't heat as some massage chairs do, this style doesn't heat, but other than that, it sure does help circulation with the massage options, and improves sleep, also the biggest thank you is making it easier for him to get up to a stand position without difficulty as before without it, and it also ships in two boxes, not one, well packaged though, just they may arrive five days apart, other than that, it's been a good chair.

The Velcro strip on the left arm as well as the right arm were not strong enough to keep them in place. When I went to their service website they required a$1.00 refundable fee and try to get my credit card information and them tried to get me to subscribe to a $38. dollars protection warranty and would cancel upon my request. I didn't trust their process so I left their customer service website.

This chair has been great since my husband had hamstring surgery and can't sit comfortably. It makes it far easier for him to reach a standing position and step away using his walker. It arrived in two shipments, was easy to assemble, and fits in our livingroom easily. Great purchase for a short term solution to a big problem! If we had someone in our home who was permanently disabled, I'd get one of the higher end products from this company. Thanks for helping us during this trying time!

This chair was purchased following an abdominal muscle repair surgery, and it’s been the best investment we’ve made so far. I’m 6 days post-op, and this chair is the only place where I can sit and sleep very comfortably. The lift part of it is incredible, as it makes getting off the chair and start walking super easy right now when I can’t be engaging my core muscles. The reclining is very nice for sleeping/nap time. It doesn’t completely lay me flat, which is fine with me because I can’t pull on my skin that much anyway. Overall, a super comfortable chair. I’ve been sleeping on it very nicely, and surprisingly haven’t had back pain (yet).

They deliver this product in 2 boxes . Amazon/ FedEx took extra two days to arrive. For boxes. Don’t be shocked if one comes today. The other half your chair. Comes tmr.But as for the chair itself. The color is black. The padding is pleather. It looks like a nice chair. I have not set in it. Or anything. Will very soon.I will know if has sturdiness when I get to sleeping in it. I would say h

I was hesitant to order this chair. It couldn't be any good, right? It's perfect. Now you aren't gonna want to sit it next to a piece of fine leather furniture, but if you have that you probably aren't looking at this chair. It is attractive faux leather. Super comfortable. Excellent range of motion when reclining and lifting. It is the perfect size for me. I'm 5'5"and 142 pounds. I've been sleeping/living in it since having several plastics procedures with no complaints. It's big enough for me to move around comfortably, but not so large that I roll over on my side (I need to sleep in an upright position).The recliner didn't arrive on time, but I ordered it early. Keep timing in mind. It comes in two boxes, with one coming one day and the other a couple days later. Not the fault of the chair, though, so lateness isn't accounted for in this review. Just order in enough time so if you'd is late you aren't left hanging.
