Clover Wonder Clips (50 Pieces), Red, By The By The Yard

I decided to buy these after reading reviews on Amazon about how good they were. I had considered the 'cheap pack of mini bulldog clips' but in the end decided to try them myself and I am so glad I did! I bought them for some quilting I am planning on,but so far have used them instead of pins to turn up jeans - which pins are hard to get through the thicker fabric. I also used them on a chiffon fabric to stop pin holes and to mark curtains for the correct length. They are quite heavy, but hold fabric firmly and are also marked for seam allowances which is just an added bonus. I think these will be very useful, not just for sewing, but many additional applications where you need to hold things together. They are like mini clothes pegs but much less bulky and are completely flat on one side so that if you are ironing the time it will still sit flat. When I used them for the hem, I clipped it up and as I ironed I moved the clips along. All in all, worth every penny!

I did wonder what all the hype was about for these little clips and I must admit that I was sceptical but as soon as I started using them I fell in love! I don't know how I managed without them! I'm currently using them to attach binding to a bag and I know that I'll use them in place of pins for most projects in the future. I also knit and I can see myself using them when making up a garment. Excellent product for an excellent price!

Love these little clips, I've been using a pack of 10 for a couple of years now and finally decided to make my life easier by buying more, they are great when sewing hems and cuffs as there is no fear of tearing your skin on pins. I use them for all sorts of sewing jobs not only fabric, great for holding woolen items together for sewing. I'd recommend these to anyone who is sick of getting blood on items they are sewing.

Quite expensive for what they are but very useful to hold binding in place and great when sewing with oilcloth or leather instead of using pins. Not had them long enough to comment on how they stand up to use.

Excellent product! I saw these for sale some time ago and the price of these was reasonable enough for me to treat myself. The Wonder Clips avoid the need to use pins on quite a few different occasions so they're faster, don't leave holes (on some fabrics this can be a problem) and they're very secure. Very pleased with purchase!

Product good, just what I wanted. Had to return sadly as only 48 clips in box not 50. Too expensive for what they are to be short-changed! Buyer beware, count the contents of the box!

I only heard of these recently, but I wish I had known about them earlier. They are so much easier to use than pins. These particular ones are excellent and work really well.

I was introduced to these clips some time ago when I made my first quilt and have now bought more. When I first read about them, I thought they sounded expensive - but they are worth every penny. They are sturdy and work incredibly well at holding the layers of a quilt firmly together. As they have no sharp points, there is no risk of damage to your fabric. Definitely recommend them.

Ero indecisa tra tanti altri che costano meno di metà e questo di Clover, poi leggendo recensioni ho preso questo, e sono molto soddisfatta. Sono pratichi e abbastanza robusti. Tanto una volta comprato, dureranno tanti anni e meglio prendere la cosa migliore.

Estos clips me encantan para coser. El pack de 10 se me quedó corto y cogí éste. No deja marcas em la ropa y la sujeción es buena. Práctico para no dejar agujeros en la ropa con los alfileres.

I am in school for accessories design and we make leather shoes and handbags. My teachers all use simple binder clips to hold the leathers together, but I found they weren't sturdy enough and the ends of them were easily caught on the machine when I was sewing. I was looking for a better solution and found these wonder clips. They hold the leather firmly, but don't end up gouging leather unless it's extremely soft. Even if it does leave a little mark it will go away with a few rubs of your fingers. They are so easy to use and easy to grab them off the fabric as you are sewing- so much better than those terrible binder clips that have strange rough edges and gaps. These are super sturdy clips and I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are considering them at all just go ahead and buy a pack- you won't be sorry! Worth every penny- and everyone in class is always trying to borrow them and asking where to get a pack of their own :)

Exit les épingles qui pouvaient abîmer le couteau de ma surjeteuse, ces pinces sont parfaites! Elles tiennent parfaitement les épaisseurs, elles ne se démontent pas, ne m'explosent pas dans les mains comme le faisaient les pinces miniatures des rayons créatifs (mignonnes mais pas adaptées!). J'ai choisi le gros paquet de 50 pinces après avoir hésité, mais le prix est plus avantageux et surtout on a souvent besoin de bien plus que 10 pinces (petit paquet). Bref, j'en suis ravie!!
