Farberware Cookstart DiamondMax Nonstick Square Grill Pan/Griddle, Dishwasher Safe, 11 Inch - Aqua

Very nice so far. I have a set of T-Fal & there was one pot that got scratched early on (I don't use metal utensils) & they don't replace individual items from sets (bummer), so from then on it was my sacrificial pot that I didn't have to be careful with. Eventually it lost its nonstick quality, took a surprisingly long time despite how I treated it (used scrub sponges to clean (never put it in the dishwasher tho), forgot & overheated a few times, etc etc.) & just basically did not treat it like a pot I had to be careful with & eventually had to toss it. I needed another pot & missed the straining feature of an Anolon pot I used to have, so I got this as a replacement & fully intend to beat the living heck out of it. It is slightly smaller than the one I tossed, the other one was 3-1/2 quarts, but still an okay size & nonstick surface is very good. For whatever reason I really only use one or 2 others from the T-fal set. But I'm not going to be careful with this one & I'll let you know how it goes.

This was a 3 times purchase made. The compliments was a sure sell. The handles are very comfortable with ease and the clean up without stickiness is awesome. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. From 1-10, i give it a way ahead number of 100%.

Exactly what I needed. High quality but lighter and easier to use than my current set. Always helpful to have a second large pan when cooking for large groups.

Great. Love the feel. The size. The price fair. It will need replacing very soon we've had it a few months and even with care and following the instructions it's starting to stick in places and has numerous scratches despite not using any non soft or very very few non soft utensils for flipping and stirring. If the coating was more non toxic which I wish I'd read and a more durable coating it'd be our forever skillet but again when it starts to tear up like this you start to unfortunately question it's safety to cook with and of course you don't want your food sticking. It really should be a solid 3 but for the cost even replacing it, I'm tempted. It is a good pan. Really wish the coating was higher quality

I have had this pan a few months now and it's holding up great. I call it my rice-a-roni pan but it's very versatile. Perfect scallops, omelets, bacon you name it. I have a commercial stove and this thing can hold up to the high heat. I love this darn pan.

Always been a fan of Farberware, and this is the first time I've had their product in color. I like the build quality as they are riveted and have no screws to loosen or strip. I chose Aqua to go with everything in my kitchen, and perhaps understandably, but unexpectedly, the beautiful Aqua finish turned dark olive green after using the pans. Great product, (and I use them extensively) and have had none of the negative experiences' others seem to have. I cook on gas stove only, as these would definitely scratch the surface of a glass top electric stove. I would only say that you should use only wood or silicone utensils (my preference) to preserve and protect the cooking surface. Although it states dishwasher safe, I am not a fan of the dishwasher, so can't make any observations there. Nonmetallic scrub pads work well.

Perfect for me! Does not stick, not heavy, just right; makes it very easy to hand wash. I never put in dishwasher, so nonstick surface can last longer. Nice color!

Perfect size. Our new pots and pan set was lacking a large sauce pan and this fits the bill perfectly. Cleans up nicely with no residue stuck.
