Does this product's "other ingredients" include Magnesium Stearate?

It actually contains gelatin, Rice flour, magnesium stearate, mixrocrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide. The picture they have up only shows gelatin and rice flower which is not just misleading/lying but incredibly dangerous.

what country is this sourced from? China?

Honestly, I do not try to discern the source country for every product i use ... I make purchase decisions on a variety of factors, and country of origin just isn't among the top few. I use for my hyperactive dog and it seems to work nicely.

The label on the box says 1g per serving and the description here says 200mg per scoop with the little spoon that comes with it. What is correct?

1g per serving of L-Theanine is definitely not correct. 200mg is the correct serving size. The included spoon (leveled off) will amount to approximately 200mg.
