started using this during my chinese food period. everybody knows soy sauce but mirin is one of those secret ingredients that gives chinese food it's distinctive delicious unique flavor. I use it for marinades, salad dressings, and as a condiment.

This is pretty standard, but was good quality and a good value. It is handy to be able to procure items like this that are not always available at my local store.

Very tasty rice vinegar. Goes well on salads and in dressings etc

This mirin works well in my recipes that call for it, but it seems a little less sweet than my preference, so depending on the dish I add a little bit of sugar or cut back on salts. I also wish it came in a glass bottle.

Live in a place where there is no Asian market nearby so this was very convenient and worth the price! I use this to cook dishes like Galbi-jjim and Jjim dak 찜닭 and it adds the perfect flavor. It’s also not too sweet.

Great addition to Asian dishes. Surprised how many uses have found to add splash if brightness to many dishes.

Great addition to my list of "must-have" spices and condiments.

Go to the grocery store it is $5 there

It's 3x time price of a grocery store, yet taste equal or worst. Not worth it

I love this mirin, a little goes a long way and I use it weekly. I will be ordering it again
