Great product for the cost. Very effective and help with me walking has I had a knee surgery resulting in a foot drop. When I’m wearing this I feel empowered and my stepping much easier. This give me comfort in the foot and I do not feel much pressure in walking. I recommend buying. Please ensure when tightening the string your other hand it pulling the shoe towards you. This will help you to get the maximum pull to left your foot off the ground. Great product 👍

This brace is well designed and easy to use, but it broke after 8 months of intermittent use.I'm updating my prior review to say that JOMECA reached out to me with a full refund, no questions asked.I've been researching replacement braces since mine broke and I'm still convinced that this is a good choice and I have purchased another one. It's good to see the manufacturer stand behind their product.

We ordered this and it appears broken. we could not get the reel to release the metal cable.. So we ordered a replacement. It did not work. We ordered a third. It would not work on any of the three of the braces we ordered. Order #1 did not work - we thought it was bad luck to have one that arrived broken. So we ordered another and same thing, the steel reel would not budge. We ordered a third. Does not work. No help or videos online. DO NOT BUY this product.

The brace worked fine until the adjustment wire broke after a few months use. Was not used every day. I would give it a 5 for effectiveness in addressing footdrop, but I was disappointed in the wire breaking.

I use this quite often for my foot drop. I do need shoes that lace up to attach the strap to my shoe. It is easy to adjust with the dial at any time. This helps because during the course of the day it does loosen from the constant pull of my laces. Eventually they can't be pulled anymore, and it all stabilizes.

I had 1 before but it Broken

I wish that you could order the velcro strap to replace the original one when it fails. My husband has a dropped right foot which has caused frequent falls. This is a big help but it has failed after about 2 months use because part of the velcro became useless. I would make this 5 star if they included a replacement strap or if I could buy a replacement. We have bought some velcro and my husband is using a glue gun to try to make a replacement.
