Q: Are the colors the same in 20 set and 16 set?

It looks like some colors are the same or similar but there is no yellow or grey in the 16. The 16 set is pastels and the 20 pack is assorted colors.

No it doesnt..am very satisfied.

Q: are the colors in the 20 pack the same as all the other sets? would i have to buy all the sets to get all the colors?
