Great Rack, Good Value, Has Some Quirks
I think this is a great rack for the money. We haul 2 e-bikes across town and have no issues. It's solid with little vibration, and I feel it securely holds the bikes. Here are my 3 things they can improve: 1. Assembly - On the up rods, there are shanks (plastic) that fit into the up rod poles. The purpose to ensure a tighter fit. These took me about 5 mins per pole to assemble and is frustrating. I assembled this by myself, so I was forced to hold two shanks into position while getting a bolt through the mounting bracket and the metal holes of the up rods. That makes six surfaces that must be aligned to get a bolt through. It's not the end of the world, but just thought they could secure these at the factory for added assistance. 2. The Bolt that Attaches the Ract to Hitch is a Screw - There are several comments on this, I would prefer a through bolt vs screw just for ease of "on-off" 3. Holding Latches - These work great but they are plastic. I'm worried over time these will wear out and break. So far no issues, but a concern as more uses accumulate. In all, I'd recommend this rack, I don't think you can beat it for the price. It's sturdy, it's easy to get the bikes on and off. The hitch on the rack allows it to fold up for parking, and fold away from the SUV to get into the vehicle. I have a 4Runner and it fits great and does not stick out at all on the sides, as some have mentioned.

Sturdy Rack - Trash Straps
Edit: This is an extremely sturdy rack for 2 E-Bikes that was easy to assemble. Getting the hole to line up in the hitch receiver was a little more tricky than the common un-threaded pin used with trailers. Now here is why i gave it only 3 stars. The tie down straps are absolute trash!!! They will not stay tightened at all! Imagine you have the back of the SUV Packed, dog calmed down, spouse has everything ready to go up front, and you cannot get any of the 6 straps to work! Now everything is delayed while I search the garage for Zip Ties and ratchet straps. after 45 minutes of dickering around we were on the road. I certainly hope that someone from Young Electric sends me new working straps ASAP. Changed to 5 stars once new straps were installed and now works great!

Well made and sturdy.
My new ebike fits this rack perfectly. It is sturdy and allows for several adjustable parts to secure your bike. I did have to get a hitch extension to get the rack a little further from the bumper of my car. When stored in the upright position, the bracket for the front wheel rubbed the tailgate on my GMC Acadia. The assembly was straight forward though the nylon or plastic bushings you insert on both sides of the two uprights were difficult to install. Those have actually broken now so the two uprights are a little loose. I would probably figured out a way to attach them to the main beam in production so assembly would be a little easier. The welds on the rack have already started to rust some so I will have to paint it soon, having owned it about a month. I did add lights and reflectors to it and have purchased a wireless camera system to use as it does block the factory reverse camera on my vehicles. Any bike rack of this design would block most cameras. The ebike I have, when covered, blocks the rear lights and license plate on my car completely. Some covers have clear vinyl for the lights to be visible and a pocket for the tag. Next time I buy a cover, I will be keeping that in mind. Though I had to make those modifications to make it easier for me to use, I would say it is a great bike rack and at a great price.

Solid, heavy rack for heavy ebikes
I bought two 80+ lb ebikes (Ecells Five Star) so I needed a rack with adequate weight carrying capacity. Not feeling like spending upwards of $1,500 on one of the high-end racks, I researched and decided on this one. The center vertical support bars I believe provide the best stability vs the ones that have tire hoops only. It's a good fit for our Infiniti QX60 SUV and the rack allows only minimal bike movement when underway. I hardly notice any difference in driving dynamics. When folded up without bikes, there is plenty of clearance for the rear of the SUV. AMENDMENT 06/15/24: I see some reviewers state that the strap shackles do not work.... Well, TURN THEM AROUND 180 DEGREES and they will work. This continues to be a very solid bike rack IMHO and I recommend it for heavy ebikes. UPDATE 09/15/24: One reviewer wrote that the rack down not fold back for rear access to an SUV. Wrong! It certainly does and in that position, the bikes easily can be loaded and unloaded easily by one person. To load the inside bike, drop the front wheel into the cradle, then lift the rear of the bike and place it onto the mounting channel. Then rotate the center support arm into position (lined up with bike seat post or cross bar). The bike will then lay there and you can attached the straps to the center support and the wheels. Same for the outside bike with the exception that you will have to support that bike while you lift the outward center support into position. Next, apply the center support strap to the bike which will allow you to let go of the bike so that you can attached the wheel straps. I do this by myself and am about to turn 77.

Good quality - money well spent!
Great hitch! Fits our 2 ebikes perfectly. Sturdy, well made, heavy, but easy to maneuver. If I had it to do over again, I'd likely buy the ramp attachment as the bikes are a bit heavy - would be impossible to load for 1 person. Have used this rack on a 1,000 mile trip with no issues. Have used on SUV, Truck, and Camper.

Awesome rack a little heavy for an old guy, but solid and well built. where can I get another vertical connecting clamp? Weird only one of mine disappeared and I need another.

I thought I was getting a ramp to roll the bikes on but the bike rack looks robust and looks well designed and good quality.

Easy to put together and install, especially if you have familiarity with hitch accessories (works pretty much the same as any other hitch mounted holder). Main problem is that they force you to use the provided bolt to secure in place on the hitch. I prefer to use standard pins instead. Easier to get on and I have some that come with locks too.
