Delicious, healthy olive oil, at a good price. What is not to like? This olive oil has a taste unlike the others that I have bought - somewhat grassy, nice and fresh and green-tasting. For a high polyphenol oil, it is affordable. I take a teaspoon of it every night before bed, to help with sleep, sinuses and snoring. I recommend, and will buy again.

I recently learned about different types of olive oil and how to use each one in cooking. This "Sizzle" product is a type of Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is termed "mellow" and has a 410-degree Fahrenheit smoke point. So it can take the heat of cooking without burning like more delicate EVOO finishing oil would. I would compare it to avocado oil in its ability to take the heat, but it still tastes yummy, like olives. I love the squeeze bottle! This company sells a refill for this bottle as well.

Excellent EVOO. I use the "Sizzle" almost every day for cooking, and the "Drizzle" often for salads, dipping, etc. Both are great tasting -- mild but not too mild, pleasant, no after-taste, "Sizzle" lets the food flavor shine through when cooking -- and great shelf-life (beyond the "best-by" date on the bottle). The bottles are great for controlling the pour -- best I've ever used -- can control the pour for a small amount or large amount as needed. Sizzle is generally cheaper on Amazon than the local supermarket (although the latter sometimes has it on special offer); Drizzle is way over-priced at the local supermarket and hard to find elsewhere locally at a price ≤ the Amazon price.

I’ve always struggled to find an EVOO from the store that doesn’t stink when cooking with it. After doing some research online, I decided to give this a try, and I will continue to buy it. That bad smell is not there, it tastes great, and personally I love the squeeze bottle style.

This was my first time trying Graza after seeing so many positive reviews, and I’ve now used it a few times, including for a baked tortellini dish and for light stove top cooking. The flavor is fresh and slightly peppery without being overpowering. It adds noticeable depth to simple dishes but doesn’t compete with other ingredients. In the oven, it held up well and didn’t smoke or turn bitter, which is important for higher-heat cooking. I wasn't sure I was going to like the squeeze bottle but now after using it, it's one of my favorite features. It makes portion control easy and feels more precise than a traditional pour spout. I didn’t experience any messy drips after squeezing, and it’s easy to control the amount. What I like: Balanced, slightly robust flavor Performs well for sautéing and baking Convenient, controlled squeeze bottle Packaging that’s practical enough to keep on the counter Things to note: The flavor is more noticeable than very mild grocery-store olive oils, so keep that in mind if you prefer something neutral. Overall: A great option for everyday cooking if you want something flavorful and easy to use. After a few meals with it, I can see why it has such a strong reputation.
