OmnivitalBiotin 5000 mcg

I only gave this 4 stars because although it may work for most people, it didn't really do anything for me personally.I'm sure that it works absolutely brilliantly for some people, and I really wish I was one of those people but unfortunately I don't fall into that category I'm afraid, and as I said that is the only reason I gave it 4stars.

These small easy to swallow capsules come in 60s and taking 1 per day gives you 2 months supply. I’ve been taking them for just over 3 weeks now. Biotin is supposed to help hair and nail strength and I have recently started to notice my nails not breaking so easy and growth of baby hairs around my hairline. I will continue to take these supplements

Quite easy to swallow compared to other brands and no real taste as they go down with a gulp of water.The dosage is above recommended daily needs, but studies on-line seem to say that there should be no adverse side affects at this level. I'm not an expert, so if in doubt, please check current recommended daily allowances or only take one every few days.I have to say that I didn't pay for these, but they are comparable with high street store brands.

In the world of food supplements it can be difficult to get an accurate picture of how good a particular supplement is. Whilst there are recommended amounts of most vitamins and minerals, for something like Biotin there is very little 'Official' information regarding the amount needed, or whether it is needed as a supplement at all.Thus, with these Omnivital Biotin capsules it is down to the individual to analyse the importance of such a supplement as this. Personally, I started taking a Biotin capsule daily some time ago, and I do feel that there has been benefit regarding healthier hair, skin and nails. These omnivital capsules are a first for me, however, and at 5000 ug strength half of my usual dosage. Whether the effects of these will be noticeable, only time will tell, but they do seem adequate at one-a-day since there is no real guidelines for this.They come in a small glass jar, are capsule-shaped and smaller than usual, so easy for most people to swallow. They are made in the UK and are vegan friendly. All well and good. They are rather expensive compared to similar brands, though. My usual ones include Coconut oil, for example, which I believe was of benefit too, and they are a lot less to buy.This tub contains 60 capsules, so almost 2 month's worth.

This supplement has transformed my hair and nails in the most remarkable way. With its potent formula, I've experienced stronger, shinier hair and nails that no longer break easily. Easy to swallow and pleasant flavour. 5 stars

Anyone taking biotin will notice an improvement in their hair, skin and nails. The secret is to be persistent and patient. Great supplement, easy to swallow and no side effects. 4 stars because it seems a little pricey.

Biotin aids in hair and nail growth the put arrived sealed and you get a good amount of capsules they have a smooth outer coat to make them easier to swallow, still can be a bit difficult to swallow so I have before a meal so that it gets pushed down properly, I haven’t noticed any improvement yet but I haven’t been using for to long so with update this review in a couple months.

After a few months, I started getting dark spots on my skin and started looking older because of my skin. My nails got yellow.In addition to that lost half of my hair. One of my friends recommended me these capsules. I started taking them with a broken heart as did not expect something will work.But I was wrong I can see some new baby hair on my head. Shiny nails and lighter fresh skin.Furthermore, it helped me to increase my metabolism as well which helped me to reduce a bit weight. I feel like in the incoming weeks better skin better nails and hair are on the way.Recommended.
