Batman Wayne Family Adventures 2

A two hundred page paperback which is second in the series that collects issues of 'Batman: Wayne Family Adventures'. A Batman comic originally published online first and foremost.There's twenty six instalments of it here in a two hundred page volume. This would work as a jumping on point as things are self contained. Even the individual stories. You might be better off starting with volume one to get the full flavour of this series though.It's not quite as large in size as a regular comic paperback.As with volume one, the stories are all slice of life things for Batman and his associates. Some are a little longer than others. Some go to two or three parts. Some are just one. Some are somewhat serious character moments. Some are good fun humorous stuff.The art is great really colourful and very nice to look at.There does seem to be a numbering error in the book with the number of individual episodes. Just so you know. But it won't stop you from reading anything.There's a short gallery of character sketches at the back.As with book one, this is ideal for those who want a Batman who isn't so grim gritty and serious. There's room for all interpretations. So this series is a great way for those who want the latter to be entertained.Ideal reading age most likely twelve and up because it does get into teenager things at some points.Duke Thomas barely figures so would have been nice to see a bit more of him. But that's only a minor complaint.Another great volume in a great series.

The Book is of good quality and the drawings are amazing. The story itself is wonderful! I finished the book in one day. :)

Really nice comic. Does require a bit of background info on the characters but overall good first entry into DC comics.
