I know my dog loves this as a topper on her kibble and fresh pet.

We have a super fussy 2 year old German Shepherd who absolutely loves this food. This is our go to when she gets tired of her “everyday” food. The nuggets smell delicious so I understand why she likes it so much!

I feel bad giving this a one-star review because at face value it seems to be a high-quality product but I have to rate it based on my experience. I received it today and broke up one nugget and sprinkled it on top of my 15-month-old dog's regular food. I'm glad he uses a slow bowl because he would have inhaled it otherwise. That's where the positive ends, however. After about an hour or so, I took him for a walk. We got about half a mile and he stopped and wouldn't go any further. He lay down on the street and I couldn't get him up. Bear in mind, that this is generally a dog with a high level of energy that I struggle to keep up with on a daily basis. I had to call my son to come and pick us up. About 10 minutes after we got home the vomiting started. It was non-stop for 2 hours. I was starting to panic, thinking it was time to go to the emergency vet. He threw up no less than 10 times. Then he stopped, found a cool spot on the tile floor in the kitchen, and settled down utterly exhausted.I am also utterly exhausted from worrying and cleaning up dog barf. I didn't want to wait to write this review as I wanted to get our experience out there asap. I've been delving further into the reviews and found that lots of people had the same experience we had. Again, that's not a criticism of the product itself, but rather that it's not going to agree with all dogs' tummies so maybe ask your vet before trying it.If there are any further repercussions, I'll update this review.
