Looks amazing, but has some fundamental issues that let it down
The build itself was rather fun; some parts, particularly the legs and shoulders were pretty fun to put together, but the end result is a bit disappointing. The Lightning Gundam looks amazing, but it's articulation and poseability leaves something to be desired - the upper body is fine, with the arms, shoulders and torso having a decent range of movement. The same can be said for the legs, which have a full bend at the knee and decent ankle articulation. The problem is the waist unit and the hip joints. The side and rear skirts are just far too big, but that wouldn't be a huge problem if they could move more: the rear skirt armour is static, meaning a unit built for sniping cannot kneel and get into a fitting pose (as seen in Gundam Build Fighters Try) because the skirt blocks the movement of the legs. As for the side skirts, they're far too long and simply pop off if you attempt to move them out of the way. They're not hard to put back on, but it's incredibly annoying. As for the hips, the universal joint system (a standard 3mm peg) doesn't have any issues by itself, but the frame parts used for the hips are too large, limiting their movement quite a lot. Any attempt to put the legs in any widespread pose will result in the hips just colliding with the frame in the waist and sliding off their peg. This isn't an issue if you have parts available for a custom kitbash build, but out of the box it's really not great for posing.
