Bought for short trips in Spain and visits to the UK. It is perfect for what I wanted, in fact it surpassed my needs and expectations. I walk with a cane so really a pull along bag was no good for me, but with choice of shoulder straps, which hide away in a pocket on the back, a single, removable shoulder strap which is supplied, and top and side carrying handles, it gives all the options I need.It is rugged and well made, four plane trips and 8 train trips have not left a mark on it, and with plenty of pockets and a huge packing hold, just same as suitcase it swallows everything I care to take.My only slight gripe was the front pocket DOD not have lock fittings like the main storage, but a small drill through the two zips pulls sorted that out a travel lock can now be used.I could go on, I wont, just buy it, you wont be sorry.

We have just spent two weeks in Japan, taking hand luggage only, and these rucksacks were absolutely brilliant. The various sections are useful for separating paperwork/maps etc and the padded section is perfect for a laptop or iPad. Can’t fault them. Plenty of space for clothes (we didn’t even use the “extension” feature). The straps are comfortable and the two carrying handles useful too.

The price and quality is very good. My only concern are the plastic clip ons for the shoulder straps. It might be an undue concern because I've not used it extensively. That work fine don't get me wrong. It's very versatile and can be cinched down to make it smaller, depending on the airline. Highly recommended it.

Bought this as I take a lot of train journeys when visiting family, and it was so useful getting on and off trains especially when travelling alone. Very lightweight to carry which was helpful especially when storing in the overhead racks. I was able to carry everything I needed for a few days away. There were different compartments in the rucksack, useful for tablets etc. There's a carrying handle and you can also use it as a rucksack on your shoulders. Highly recommend!

Attractive and robust bag. Plenty of compartments to store different items.Expandable to store enough items for at least a week.

It can store numerous stuff such ad laptops, portable chargers and even my food shopping. Makes me feel as if I am a Pokemon trainer. it is suitable in all weather conditions even the ones in the UK.

Weigh was nice and lightEasy to carry.

One of the compression clips broke on my first trip. I was careful not to put too much pressure on it, but unfortunately I had to remove a star for lack of durability. However, if you're just looking for a basic suitcase, this is a good bag.
