Wow, where to start. This is some superb quality, top notch all muscle sausage that tastes full-on "old country" but better, if that is possible. Wonderful variety of flavors available, all good. Each one a treat, I have tried them all. Some better than others, not a big fan of rosemary. Certainly recommend any one of them and I am sure you will buy again. If you want to have a happy family afternoon tasting, these are the sausages for you. I have bought them regularly and sent them to my kids as well.

He is normally a pretty good boi but my god when he senses these things anywhere near a countertop all bets are off. They are also delicious. Would buy again after also buying some manner of shark cage.

These are premium sausages! Texture is perfect as well! Highly recommend!

I received this as a Christmas gift and so far love it (I have only eaten two of the six sticks), but they were both very tasty! I have tried a lot of a different Italian salami and these are some of best I have tried! I will be be buying more in the future once I decide which ones are my favorites!

So so. All year, every year. Family cans, smokes, brines, dehydrated, etc. These we ok. Not the best product but better than store bought mass produced.

This is decent dry salami if you can't find anything at your local charcuterie. Once you get the wrappings off, including the casing, I found it be quite greasy, which I didn't expect.All the varieties are good, but the hot ones stood out for me. Add some soft French cheese and some crackers, and the salami is quite enjoyable.Eating it on its own? Yeah, that didn't work for me as much.It's not something I'm going to reorder, but it did send me on a search for higher quality (and less greasy) dry sausage. If you're new to dry sausage, this isn't a bad starting point.But you can do better. 4/5*

Bought this as stocking stuffers for my husband for Christmas, as he adores salami. He said it was some of the best tasting salami he has ever had. However, some of the spicier salami was way too spicy for him unfortunately, so he gave it to our oldest son who cannot get enough of super spicy thing. Our oldest son loved it! Just be aware that if you aren't into really spicy things, some of the salami may be too spicy for you!

The heck with Columbus or Bores Head. This is bomb. I plan on buying more.
