I enjoyed seeing mr chans film as I already like his films it’s even better but as for this film it’s a good suspense thriller with some action too, so if you’re a Jackie chan fan you’ll enjoy it .

i love Jackie Chan but don't expect any martial arts in this film i think the message is curb illegal immigration and power corrupts alright to while away couple of hours but could be a lot better it jumps to much between scenes no continuation of story

Jackie Chan is my most favorite Asian Actor, all of his films are absolutely brilliant, all ways jam packed full of action from start to finish, the man is a hero always known for his comedy and action stunts , this film is set in Tokyo in the Shinjuku District, Chinese imigrants looking for work in Japan find it hard to make a living some dont make it some fall to the underworld and then there is the ruthless Yakuza to deal with .Jackie gives you just shear drama and edge of your seat action with a brilliant story and a few twists along the way , this film does not disappoint, get this added to your collection !! 5 star CHAN-TASTIC

What s film, jackie chan goes to the next level as he works his way up from a bum in japan as a chinese immigrant to a powerful man, well made shot and acted and a very gorey film in parts.I loved it and recomend it not just to jackie chsn fans.The film is subtitled only.

This is an overall great film, Very watchable start to finish and as others have mentioned a change from the usual karate family friendly Jackie chan movies, I was a little confused with the Yakuza plot against Eguchi but it didn't really matter too much as the film went a long at good pace and never got uninteresting or cliche, Also I give credit to some of the other characters who all played very convincing and strong roles such as the policeman, Steelheads brother and crew and the yakuza leaders themselves especially gao. Very worthwhile.

a new image of jackie chan and a good one too... i'm a jackie fan but i'm not a fanboy - i can say not every movie with him is a great one... however this one, by all mean, really is... you won't see a regular jackie there, i won't be spoiling but there are a few things jackie does 'first time ever' on screen in this movie... it's well directied too, and rather well acted... i can't say a bad word about that movie...
