Excellent product
Very easy to use and clean. The suction pad holds the spiralizer firmly so you can easily spiralize vegetables. You only get a small centre piece and end piece that aren't spiralized and you can easily chop these into your dishes. You get lots of free e-books with great recipes and sauces to encourage your healthy eating and give you lots of ideas.I am glad I bought this product rather than one of the cheaper ones. As they say you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth it! I would highly recommend it.

Handy slicer
Tried this yesterday for the first time, it's superb for making courgette spaghetti, a great alternative to wheat and konjac types especially for diabetes and pre diabetes. I haven't tried the other blades but it's safer to use than the slice board types. The one downside is that it's a bit fiddly to clean afterwards. The storage container isn't secured when stored but if it's not moved around that's not much of a problem as the two blades inside shouldn't fall out.

Easy to use. Efficient. Easy to clean
This Spiralizer is amazing! I was hesitant about buying it after reading that some users find it doesn't stick to their worktop but I have had no such problems. It's suction is very strong. It is easy to use. Easy to clean and can be stored away in its box ready for next use. I love the fact 2 blades can be stored safely in the unit itself & the other 2 in the plastic drawer provided. A great safety factor. My food prep time has been cut in half using the unit. As an older person I have weak wrists and fingers but it's so easy to Spiralize using this unit which is very strong and looks like it will last. Coleslaw is made at lightning speed. Beautiful salads of cucumber with baby tomatoes and feta cheese. Carrots in a Dijon vinaigrette. Butternut squash noodles make amazing "nests". Toss lightly in olive oil. Put in a 4 hole Yorkshire pudding tin. Lift out and turn over after 10 mins. Leave a further ten mins then drizzle red pesto over and grate on Parmesan cheese. Yummy! Brieftons salad recipe book provides a great choice of recipes but I purchased "The Big 10 Paleo Spiralizer cookbook from Amazon ( Megan Flynn Peterson) which gives a great variety of recipes for a whole range of vegetables. I also love the fact that Brieftons provide you tube videos on how to use and get the best out of this product. All in all I feel the little extra expense was well worth it, especially as I see Brieftons provide spare parts that can be easily purchased at very reasonable cost. As a now avid Spiralizer I may well need another set of blades quite soon. S thank you Brieftons. I can thoroughly commend this product. Wish I'd bought one sooner!

A really strong, capable spiraliser
This item, with its 5 blades, is very sturdy and can even cope with solid butternut squashes. It attaches firmly to a worktop and is easy to use, producing a wide variety of possible shapes. It's an excellent piece of equipment.

Not as good as I expected.
This spiraliser cuts lovely spirals out of your vegetables. Plenty of choice about which blade, so how thin you want the strands. Great sucker underneath, even sticks to our textured worktop. And then it leaves a "core" that hasn't been spiralised, it's about the size of your little finger. So you need very wide vegetables. If you start with a thin carrot, you'll have a few strands of carrot and a neat cylinder of carrot. Probably great if you cut onions, swede or perhaps cucumber. Rubbish at doing carrot or parsnip. I should have tried courgette, that would probably work well, but I didn't have one to hand. And there's a handle on the side to push the vegetable into the blade, but being on the side, it makes the whole unit rotate around the sucker, so you have to bring it back in line every time you put a veg through. It's as though the designer has never tried to use it...Straight to the charity shop.

Not a downhill spiral
Absolutely love this! Unfortunately I’m on a low carb diet, but I do love my pasta and noodles so was finding it hard to resist the temptation and go on the slippery of hitting the carbs again. Somewhere in the back of my mind a remembered an add on one of the shopping channels for a spiralling gadget, so I began my search on Amazon.I chose the Brieftons as it came with a variety of blades and looked robust yet simple to use. It arrived the next (gotta love Prime) and I put it straight to use that evening. Saturday night bolognese seemed the ideal time to try it out, so while the rest of the family had normal pasta I got straight on spiralling a courgette fo my self. It was a real eye opener! It was simple to use, with the 3mm blades in, and it made a perfect pasta substitute! I tossed it in some olive oil, garlic, and herbs and I have to say it was better than the pasta! Everyone was taking bits off my plate and trying it, and I can say they are also converted 😀.We’ve tried lots of different veg in salads and stir fry and it is a real eye opener, who knew! I certainly didn’t! It’s simple to put together and take apart, cleaning it is no problem. I’d recommend this to anyone who is trying to reduce their carbs intake and lose weight, you won’t regret it!

Easy to use and clean
I bought the spiralizer as I needed to change my diet to include more veggies and less carbs.I use it to make courgette (zucchini) spaghetti. It is a great way to prepare veggies and get varying textures etc. It adds variety even when using the same vegetable. Also came with several downloadable recipe books when it was registered. So all in all well worth the money as far as I am concerned. Obviously I need to experiment more with it, but so far very pleased.
