Perfect. I had spine surgery and I am going to physical therapy. This ball is great for a strengthening my core. I love that there are several exercises on the ball so I don’t have to look for paperwork on how I can use it for what I need.“LOVING IT”

Great ball, now I just need to figure out what to do with it.

I used this ball in a resort exercise room and loved the printed instructions. My gripe is that I received a tape that was way off for determining correct inflation while pumping up. Not sure how far to take it. Prism Fitness Group has absolutely no instructions as to the correct inflation on internet. One would think the correct pressure would be simple, but I'm not certain what that is. One YT video stated 30" if measured with ball against the wall. That's too much, I think! For now, I'm going with what feels comfortable.

Use this ball often for exercising at home. Sturdy and holds air well. Like very much. Right size for me 5'5".

I was pretty pleased with this exercise ball however today I found the ball deflated. No holes, no pop, air plus fully intact and in place. When I inspected further the material seems to have simply separated in the seam. Seller would not remedy at all. I would not recommend this item to any expectant birther or for investing in an exercise routine as it clearly won't last.
