Franklin Original Ball

My physio recommended these to me as I have very tight hip flexors and take time to release and soften in the saddle. I cannot tell just how much difference these balls have made. I warm up in walk for 5-10 mins before each training session and I am immediately sitting in the saddle and not on it. Very, very highly recommended

These balls are ideal for gently rolling over painful areas or just providing a bit of extra support where you need it. They are a useful addition to my exercise kit. I chose these over another type of ball as you get two for the price of one.

Recommended at my very professional pilates class. Roll this under your lower back, buttocks or around your neck for the equivalent of a deep tissue massage. Less is more, so use below pain threshold daily over a longish period. Absolutely works!

I have benefitted from using these balls in a restorative pilates class and wanted some of my own to use at home. I ordered these which are genuine and the same as my instructor uses - prompt delivery. Very pleased with the purchase.

I been using these now for a few months and they are brilliant. They allow you to target specific areas in muscles and tendons where the foam rollers are difficult to get in and you can get in really deep!! Great for IT band, back, calves, foot and piriformus release for example. Only issues I can think of is that when you wear loose fitting clothes and roll the clothes can get caught around the ball and also depending how deep you go (in soft areas such as on the back) they can sometimes leave round circle marks on the skin but these are harmless and go away after a few days. The product could be improved if they included a short booklet on different releases you can do with the balls (but you can google or YouTube). Overall it's a brilliant product it's easy to carry in your bag and take to the gym and works great.

My Pilates teacher uses these a lot and they are so good. They do not change shape or deflate as you’re using them - well worth the money

They're rather expensive for what they are - but they are good quality and enable you to put your full weight on them and stand on them and perform plantar muscle foot exercises, without exploding! Just note you will need to pump them up when they arrive.

Good quality product that came next day. Cheaper versions available but these balls seem to have more about them and some good videos on YouTube on how to use them
