Wonderful book on how to learn to write in clear English. I have bought this books many times to give to people. The book is very helpful in teaching you how to go from convoluted writing to easy to understand English. Highly recommended for anyone, not just lawyers.

A book for all law students and lawyers. It teaches you the beauty of being precise and concise in writing. There are exercises but the problem is that no one marks my exercises.

I teach legal English and this has some very useful material...though of course some of it is more for American readers.

Wanted this to support my law course. Great book for the job.

Generally excellent advice, if sometimes a little dogmatic.
