The product description states it is a Pick Apart Foam Insert, but what I received was just regular foam with no pre-cut sections. If you need customizable foam for your equipment, this may not be the right choice. The quality is decent.

Sirvió muy bien para proteger herramienta eléctrica en una caja mediana. Tuve que hacer cortes y hacer una plantilla en papel con las dimensiones y la forma de la base de la caja. Al principio no fue muy sencillo pero tomándose el tiempo necesario y haciéndolo con calma y un cutter con una hoja nueva, el resultado final fue es deseado. Me parece que lo más complicado es hacer formas irregulares, un marcador fue de mucha ayuda, más que nada, para saber qué cuadritos iba a retirar. Estos cuadritos no están sueltos, tienen unas uniones con los que los rodean, hay que cortar esas uniones para poder retirarlos. De verdad, en serio, la paciencia ayuda mucho.

The product is shipped in a highly compressed, vacuum-sealed, clear plastic pouch/bag. The package is so compressed that it looks like the wrong product when you open the shipping box! However, when opened and given a few minutes to decompress they triple in size. These are good quality and very versatile foam inserts with plenty of pluckable sections for pretty much any application. A significant cost saving on the dedicated inserts that are available Amazon. Prompt shipping too.

This item was purchased and not received for free. Purchased these foam packs to protect my camera, video and scuba gear in my gear closet drawers. The Foam comes vacuume sealed, but once you open the packaging, it immediately expands to life (it was fun opening it to be honest). The foam feels dense when you don’t pluck/cut, but once you do, it loses its rigidity immediately. It’s a very soft foam. Addressing some other concerns about foam being “pinched” in corners- yes, this will be the case. Some of the foam was perfect, some looked like they were in really bad shape. The instructions say to leave the foam out to expand over time- I found that helped but it didn’t fix some of the foam that were really bad. What I did was just carefully pulled apart the pinched corners and it was perfect after that. The foam was easy to cut/pluck and it left very little mess which I appreciated. Some of the foam grids are not perfectly aligned with the rectangular shape of the foam- I had a few pieces where the pluck/cut lines were not horizontal, so depending on your use, that’s something to consider.

Buena calidad en materiales y manufactura. El material no es muy denso (no es muy rígido), tuve que pedir la devolución, puesto que me llegó un modelo diferente al que pedí.
