I bought this to try and was amazed at how easy it is to use. No lumps or bumps. I use it more as a builder on my natural nails. I apply a thin wet coat then use a thicker coat on that, guiding it with a mini brush. Hold upside down (angle away from your cuticles) and use the mini brush to make final adjustments. Then put it in the lamp. Use a buffer or 240 grit file to finish. I haven’t had one on my natural nails break since I started using it. The grow out looks fantastic.You can extend the wear time by filing off whatever gel you have on top your rubber base, around your cuticles a then add a fresh gel color base coat and new polish.Even though people feel some type of way about him, my holy grail gel polish base coat is by Enail Couture. I e used it for years and I never have a chip or crack. Paired with this rubber base, I can get 4-6 weeks per mani. I’m a nurse, by the way, and I use more alcohol based hand sanitizer than most. This never separates from my natural nail unlike a lot of products.

Bought this product as I wanted to start doing my nails myself - great variety of nude/pink colours although I tend to mostly use 444 and 446. These builder gels are very easy to use especially for beginners! Really love the pink colour - I’ve been using it for 6 months now and only just running out. Sometimes the bottles get a bit sticky though even when closed properly!

I love this builder gel! I use paper forms to create new tips and it really helps my nails grow out and restore their health. Last time I was on a good routine using this stuff, my natural nails had never grown so long and healthy! Just started using again after my nails got damaged by acrylics. This stuff is super easy to remove and doesn't damage your nails, so it helps them get healthy again. There is a learning curve because it's so thick. I usually cure one nail at a time to get it perfect. You need a top coat or this stuff feels sticky. I use Gelish top coat because I already had that and it works great!

The rubber basecoats have isobornyl methacrylate, which causes an allergic reaction for me.TLDR; Some of the polishes are free of methacrylates, some are not. If you have allergies, I recommend you check the ingredients as soon as you get them.I have allergic reactions to Sensationail, ibd, and Gelish polishes, so I’ve been looking for a polish that avoids the major allergens. I am writing one review for all the polishes I’ve ordered from Aimeili in my quest for allergy free gel nails. Alas, I'm not being paid for my reviews, I was just frustrated that I couldn't find ingredient info so decided to (over)share.My experience with the polishes:The quality of Aimeili polishes is great, easy to do thin coats but doesn’t flood the cuticles. Customer service answers questions about ingredients quickly. I was confused by the different labels on the actual bottles, thinking the black bar indicated allergen free, but there seems to be no correlation between label and ingredients.Not all of their polishes are methacrylate free. In fact ALL of their basecoats have isobornyl methacrylate. I’m very grateful that I can wear some of their polishes, though. Even though I can’t wear their basecoats I’m wearing 2 coats of a color polish (036) with their no-wipe top coat, without any allergic reaction. It starts chipping after 48 hours, of course, but I am looking into basecoats from Luxie Nail. I’m also going to try Orly Bonder as a base under Aimeili gels. I’ve never used a rubber base before and it was a bit of a learning curve for me. I did a slip layer and a bead, spread it evenly with a detail brush, cured, wiped nail with alcohol, filed off imperfections, and did another layer all over again. It took a long time getting just the right amount on the nail to not flood the cuticle, but nothing a brush couldn’t fix. I love the color, it’s very clean looking and natural

This product is a game changer. I have soft nails and using the rubber base is a game changer. I can have 'done' nails all the time as it is easy to use on myself. I can now grow my nails out a bit more. I work with my hands and I get wet all the time. The shine can wear out if I 'dig' too much, but all I do is remove the old top coat and add a new top coat and I can extend the wear.By using an electric file to remove a few layers, I can leave some product on my nails, thereby protecting them, so there is no need to remove the entire thing every time. My nails are strong and healthy. Key is to lightly file surface of the nail, dehydrate, prime and apply 2-3 coats and then a top coat or polish and top coat.

I thought I would try this product as it was recommended to put under dip. I had no problem putting it on my nails but getting an office another story I usually just dip on my natural nails and they’re fine however this time I used the base and it would not come off, the dip came off, but the base stayed on and then started chipping off and taking layers of my nails with it.

This is my favorite gel. It lasts for weeks with proper nail prep and is very easy to fill. I've purchased these many times and will continue to purchase on the future.

I have been using builder in a bottle for years for a natural nail overlay, and sometimes extensions. I've never been able to find any product that would help prevent lifting at the free edge until I tried Aimeili rubber base. I use this as my base coat for flexibility, and then a 2 layers of clear builder for strength. I can easily get 4+ weeks without lifting. Actually no lifting at all, no breaks or even cracks. This stuff is amazing and worth every penny spent. I have already purchased 11 different colors. The colors are so beautiful with the clear builder and a top coat you don't need any nail polish at all. Aimeili grapefruit sparkle nail polish paired with the nude pink rubber base underneath looks very pretty and feminine. Perfect for spring and summer.

My polygel mani has stayed fresh for over a week. Can’t believe I didn’t know about this product sooner. The regular base coat doesn’t work as well with nails lifting on the edges and even popping off within a couple of days.

Rubber base is a light pink, opacity increases with the number of layer applied. Doesn’t really have a self leveling or thickening as advertised. It cured pretty good and the colour is pretty.
