Quite good pamper for everyday use. I got a bad case of rectal bleeding and these did the trick. They are durable, comfortable and absorbent. For the active diaper wearer, these feel somewhat like underwear. I do not think my coworkers were able to detect these under my khakis. The main issue I have had with government issued Medicaid pull ups is that the material would "pill" and crumple throughout the day. These maintain their shape and the material remains soft during long hauls. The price is a bit insane so I have solidarity with the disabled/incontinent community.

I’ve used these for a decade. They are the same quality year after year. The best I’ve tried. Every time I try another to save money I end up wasting it instead. Therefore I believe they are best value for the money. The very best pull up on the market. Hold a lot of liquid. Full coverage so never leaks. Soft and thick so comfortable and absorbent. I sound a little over the top but these add a lot of security to my quality of life so I only have good to say.

Adults and Older Children with significant incontinence problems need diapers or pads with large capacity to hold urine and also usually the ability to absorb it quickly. This diaper is the best that I have found in both these characteristics. I rarely experience even minor leaks, and those only occur when my bladder is extremely full and I empty it quickly. And even then almost everything stays in the diaper. I put a pad on my bed under me just in case when I am extra tired. That completely solved the only problems that I have ever had. I am very active and have never had a problem with my diaper moving out of place or being obvious or uncomfortable.

I purchase this brand all the time. It has been very good until my last purchase. The entire case was defected. Every pants split up the side as I was pulling them up. $133.00 wasted. Buyer be ware!

Had gotten these for my mom, who has early onset ALZ. It took my dad awhile to switch my mom to these, but now he puts them on her at night and has saved him SO much time and stress!! Her gel lined ultra absorbent name-brand ones weren't holding throughout the night. These do!! An added security is putting the pad down underneath as well. Highly recommend to those looking for at least one less stress to worry about, and to allow all to get a full night's rest!

This seems like a well made incontinence brief but the size is a bit off. I wear a large but this doesn't come up high enough in the back. It's well padded, holds a lot and is comfortable. I'll try the XLarge next. If it fits well, I may buy these in place of Dry Direct. You get one more per bag and it costs less for the same coverage.

Richtig gute Windel Pants und auch für die Nacht. Mit einer Aufnahme von ISO 2400ml ( denke mal so knapper Liter in echt ) ist sie für mich eine der Besten auf dem Markt wenn auch der Preis im Einzelpack hoch ist. Ich schaue immer nach den Multipacks und wenn im Angebot, dann kaufe ich. Habe vor kurzem den 6er Pack bestellt und da war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis echt gut. Kann diese Windel Pants nur empfehlen. LG Lilly

Seemed like a good diaper for elderly person. Grandma is not happy with almost any diaper on the market… Ihave a feeling that is not easy to find a good capacity adult diapers on the market, for elderly person. This one even the price is high seemed better than many. She didn’t have any complains (Before she used Canadian made diapers don’t want to mention the brand, that comes 11 large size in the package… unfortunately recently they changed diapers, started making them much thinner so we had to find new brands for her). Hopefully ABENA will continue to be available, it’s not easy with elderly person, to find what’s good for them
