Does it run a 300watt appliance ? if yes how long it can run ?

What "300 watt appliance" are we talking about? First, this pack has no AC inverter if you need household AC power to run this appliance (yet some other models may come with such). So you'll need to connect up your own inverter to this if you wish for it to be the power source. A coffee pot that needs 300 watts (with just heating elements) may be run by an inverter connected to a pack like this as it's power source. If talking about a fridge that normally needs just 100-300 watts, it may not work off most packs. That's because the AC motor has what's called a "surge draw" and can need 1200 watts to get going for 2-3 seconds, but then reduces to the 300 watts or less. I even tried a small fridge off such an inverter rated 400 watts and it just alarmed shutting down. The way to tell "how long will it run" is from the battery amp-hour rating. If you need 300 watts (which is 120V * 2.5 amps), then at 12V power that will be 25 amp draw off the battery. This pack says it has 2 batteries 12V 20 amp/hour rated, so 40 amp/hour total/25amp draw = 1.6 hours at best. Other packs may have only 1 battery about that size cutting the time to under 1 hour. I personally think it's a bad idea to have the draw on a battery so it goes dead in under 1 hour, so to really set up such I'd get a battery that can go for ~2 hours (or bigger if you know you want it to go longer). After such a drain on the battery, you want to recharge ASAP, so don't forget to do that (if you want the battery to last a long time).
