We ordered this digital photo frame for ourselves and liked it so much that we bought another as a gift for our parents. The photo clarity is beautiful and the frame itself is a nice size. You can choose to have multiple images displayed at once to fill the screen or one at a time and you can also change the background color. It seamlessly mixes in video and the shuffle works well. I like that you can add photos through the app or by emailing them to the address you set up. The app works well and you can see the photos that you have already added to the frame to avoid duplicates. We did a lot of research before deciding on this frame, and I am super pleased with it overall. Highly recommend!

Bought this for myself to enjoy many family photos in one area since we don’t have a ton of walls without windows so hanging photos is challenging. Super easy to set up, great screen quality, love the app! Highly recommend.

I purchased this as it was supposed to be simple to set up. Nothing about this is easy! We had 4 people try and figure it out and none of us were able to get the pictures to show on the frame. The screen would not change even after setting up on the app. The tutorials and resources are awful and did not help at all. We tried contacting support during business hours and we got no response both days we tried. I had done so much research and thought this was going to be perfect when in fact it was a huge disappointment. We were so excited to have this frame for our daughter’s graduation and couldn’t because no one could get it to work right.

I use this product to display my baby’s pictures. This product can display all the pictures I chose and we can set time to display for each picture. We can choose different mode to display the picture. I like the image quality of this product. Actually it would be much better if there is some music can play with when displaying the picture!

I only complaint I have is the lack of instructions included with the product other than going to its website. However, customer service was prompt and helpful that I probably don't need to read instructions.

I got this for a family member moving away as a way for everyone to keep her updated with family activities. The frame is nice and the pictures displayed on the frame beautifully. That's about it for pros. The cons are the lack of basic technology. Various people can upload photos and videos to the frame via an app. But there is no way to view the photos in the app except for a thumbnail size. There is no way to download the pictures from the app to be able to store them locally or have them printed. I was going to buy a second device for another family member and I asked customer service about synchronization of the two devices so that any pictures uploaded would go to both devices, and that also isn't a capability! Very frustrated and super disappointed with this purchase. I wish I had done more research before purchase. I bought the original one over 2 months ago so I'm past the 30 day return window unfortunately, otherwise it would be going back.

no more hidden feefind this cozyla frame, pretty easy setup . reall cool everything is free , not like my old skylight frame. lot of hidden fee, write photo caption, need subscription. upload video, need subscription. manage photo by differnent album , need subscription. upload to cloud, need subscription. now here everything is free, no more hidden fee.

Bought this so I could see pictures all the time. Not easy to work with at all. Do not buy
