Arrived all melted

I've ordered these before with no problem--even in the summer. I ordered a big batch in December, stored them in a cool closet and upon opening the first 7 every tin had totally melted pearls inside. They are not returnable, so I'm out over $150. Should be someway to reimburse when ruined product is received.

I love Godiva dark chocolate pearls, I just don't love them totally melted. I got them out of the mailbox right away, must have had a travel meltdown. Won't order them again in warm weather. I'll stock up in the winter.
