Don't see why not. Table is a nice heavy, sturdy item. I've stored a couple hundred pounds of banker's boxes on it with no issue.

Q: I see the screws on the surface of the table, are the screws raised up where you can feel them? Or is it a smooth surface where you do not feel them?

This is one of the things I was paranoid about before I bought this table - but they are totally flat. You can feel the metal, it's not laminated over, but they're completely unobtrusive. I think it gives the table character honestly. 100% I would go for it unless you're like hand-drafting blueprints or something you'll forget they're there half the time.

Q: Will this table bounce when using a sewing machine on it?

No. If you have it on a completely stable surface, it won’t go anywhere. It’s very sturdy.
