Great price for a quality faucet! Installation can be tricky and why most people leave bad reviews.
This faucet looks very nice and fit perfectly. I have never installed a faucet before so this was my first attempt. Luckily I was replacing a 3 year old faucet that was easy to remove. This one was just as easy to install. Fits any standard 3 hole counter and comes with two water lines. I could have used the ones I already had but I liked the water lines this came with because they were color coded for hot/cold. I was a little nervous about the fasteners to mount the sink being made of plastic but they tightened well with my granite countertop. The pop up drain was what gave me trouble. It fit great and was t hard to install so I thought. However, I later found out I installed it incorrectly. Instead of tightening the fastener, I was turning the entire drain which caused the top ring to come unscrewed causing the pop up piece to not sit flush when pushing it in. After taking it all apart again I found that you have to tighten the ring by hand first and then with a wrench. Once I did that the drain looked and worked great! I bought another one to go in our other bathroom. I highly recommend this faucet!

Looks and Feels of Quality!
We bought two of these faucets and had an identical, enjoyable, installation experience. Its a new game. It was more difficult getting the old ones out than everything it took to get these in. The look good on the sinks, the handles (hot/cold hand valve levers) work extremely smooth. Almost effortless to operate, water flows well, quality aerators, good arch on the spigot and they came with two need feed lines! The faucet also comes with a new drain pipe from sink to under-sink drainage system and a toggle stopper (push once to close, push/let go a second time to open) and it works well, too. Doesn't drip water after shut-off. The most drip we see is maybe a residual droplet or two behind aerator which has zero to do with the valves, they work quite well. While all is good, we did experience two issues but I think it has much more to do with having a mobile home than it does the product so no stars deducted in the following: - The sink drain hole areas is very thin. So, when we mounted the new drainage stem / stopper component, we had leakage because of the cheap sink we have. We found a large piece of plastic ring (1" think) to go around the pipe underneath which acted as a spacer and allowed us to draw the drain down snug. Otherwise, leaking water around the drain plug and standing water above the drain in sink. Get it installed correctly though, then good to go. - The faucet includes a thin plastic plate which acts as a buffer between the metal faucet and the sink and serves partly as a barrier to keep water from running under the faucet mounts. Our mobile-home cheapliness issue is that one faucet moves around on the sink (sliding on that plastic barrier like a sleigh rail) for two reasons. 1) can't get back to the nuts to tighten properly due to not having mobile-home style tools and b) its slick plastic sitting on very slick and waxed porcelain covered steel. This is my fault, not the product. So - construction adhesive did the trick!

Top notch Customer Service
UPDATE Attempted to submit my review (below) on Saturday night. Was able to contact seller (Parlos) and Catherine in Customer Service responded to me the next day, Sunday to say they would replace the defective faucet despite being beyond the return period. In addition, she asked that I provide her with a link to my initial review so that they could provide the information to their supplier. While she didn't specifically say so I took that to demonstrate their interest in continued product improvement which is truly exemplary in this day and age. The combination of their prompt reply, very fair return policy, and commitment to product quality says the world about Parlos to me. I only wish they had a larger product line as henceforth Parlos will be my FIRST "go-to" choice for plumbing fixtures. I am attaching my original review below in hopes they will publish it this time after I made a few slight changes to hopefully remove whatever it was they deemed unacceptable. I can only guess though since they don't tell you what it was. ------------------------ Great looking but if 1 of 2 faucets leak internally the value for the money changes. Purchased two of these (matching) June 18,2019 but was unable to install until this week. Install went fine and faucets look great. So far, so good. Removed aerators to allow any junk in supply lines dislodged during installation to clear so as not to clog them. Left them out for a couple days then reinstalled them today. First faucet functions great. BUT....... Second unit appeared fine until reinstalling aerator when a drip leak appears under sink. At first thought maybe I had neglected to secure all the connections. Double checked and they were fine. Initially though the leak was at drain line P trap connection to wall since that's where the drip appeared to be coming from. Replaced the o-ring washer - still dripping. While trying to tighten again I feel a drip coming from above and notice water coming through the center sink hole (under middle of the faucet where the pop-up lever would go). The water was coming from under the bottom of the faucet which means the faucet was leaking internally at the mixer. I did notice another buyer report a similar issue so apparently there is a manufacturing defect that they need to correct. Hopefully the seller will see this review and contact us regarding a replacement (I can't return since the return window has closed). Tried to use the "contact the seller" button but Amazon tells me "there was a problem finding your order" so I manually located the order info and tried to return to "contact the seller" but now the button doesn't work and won't let me manually enter order number. Assuming a satisfactory resolution and replacement by the seller I will revise this review since I really do like the appearance of the faucets but if I'm forced to purchase a third unit things change if it turns out there is a 50% failure rate.

Easy Install & Great Price
I bought 2 of these fixtures to replace 2 Moen fixtures I installed about 10 years ago. The Moen units worked well for a couple of years but I was never able to get strong pressure out of the facuets. These Parlos units appear to be well made. Came with all the hardware. They were easy to install and work great. I did have some difficulty removing the old Moen fixtures. I'm getting the proper expected water pressure out of the Parlos. They look great. My only regret is that I don't believe these are made in the USA. They cost about half of what I would pay for comparable USA made product. Hard to justify buying a Moen or other USA made product as much as I wanted to.

Shockingly good for the price.
I swear I'd already written this review, but Amazon shows I didn't, so here goes: I got two of these for the 2nd bathroom and was very impressed with them. Solid, consistent construction and appearance across units, and dirt cheap IMO. For the master bathroom, we went with some $120 home depot faucets in a similar style and ended up returning them to get two more of these. The more expensive ones were a nicer finish arguably, and had minimized gaudy branding - unlike the Parlos - but had wobbly handles no matter how tightened they were. We now have a total of 5 of these Parlos faucets (2 in master, 2 in guest, 1 in half bath) and they're absolutely fine. They come with the sink supply lines too which is a nice touch, *especially* at this pricepoint. All of them seem about the same in terms of finish/color and construction. 4 have been in use for more than 2 years and moved with us between where we previously rented and now our purchased home. My only issue, and it's a minor gripe at that, is that the drain ring lets a small amount of water pool that needs to air dry away. I imagine after a few years this might either stain or discolor the drain, or perhaps collect grime that's more effort to clean off. Hasn't happened yet, but I imagine it's a matter of time. If the ring around the drain was angled inward a bit more, I imagine this wouldn't happen. Idk if that's practical given how it mates to the drain plug though. Would recommend.
