An excellent charger charges original Sony batteries and non-original batteries well. When I ordered, they initially sent me a not very good copy. It was somehow difficult to install the batteries into it; apparently, I came across a defective copy. I reported this to the review and the caring supplier contacted me immediately, then they sent me a new copy, which works great. Please note that I did not write directly to the supplier, I simply reported this to the review. I am very pleased with the supplier's attentive and caring attitude towards its clients. Various situations happen in life and it is quite possible that a client may sometimes receive a defective product; as they say, no one is immune from this. The main thing is that the client is not left alone with his problems, but that he is promptly helped by the support team or service department. I received excellent communication with the supplier and prompt replacement of the product. The new charger I received works great and I can confidently recommend this product and this supplier to any potential buyers. Good luck in business!

This is worth the money for me, it's smaller than I thought it would be. I like the built-in cable and port - it's a good idea. I like the little screen on it and the battery catches are stable. It feels decently well built for what it is and very easy to stick into a camera bag, pretty sure it will fit in most pockets as well. So it's small, well thought out and cheap, no complaints from me.

It is compact and will charge the two batteries. There is a wired USB lead in the unit but it is only about 5cm long. A micro-usb lead is also supplied which I use, so I don't know why they bothered with the integrated lead, it is too short to be of any use. Charging a single battery takes a bit longer than charging in camera using the Sony power supply but it works and the display makes it easy to see the progress of the charger.

Excellent product, super fast delivery.

Neat small unit allowing one or two FW50 batteries to be charged from USB. The charge indicators, four bars for full charge, are clear and backlit when plugged in. The charger comes with a short (about 15 cm) cable attached and retained in a neat recess underneath. I found this too short to be useful for where I normally charge devices but a longer, separate cable (about 45cm) is also supplied which serves very well for my purposes, although of course you can use your cable of choice; the socket on the charger is micro USB.

I have been waiting for a Sony battery charger with a digital readout and here It is! It's nice to be able to charge two at once, something the Sony charger does not do. When you need to charge fast it's nice to know how much of a charge each battery needs so I would put them in and out of my camera and line them up by the ones needing the least charge to needing the most charge so I could quickly have a couple of batteries ready to go. Now, with this new charger I can see the progress and know which batteries need a longer charge. The charger is built well. The LCD is bright. It comes with a very short integrated cable that is stored in the bottom but if that cable isn't long enough then they also included a micro usb plug on the end for you to use your own longer cable. Very impressed so far. If something changes in the future then I will update my review. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Just got it and charged a batter with it. Seems well made and does the job. What I liked: - USB cord is usefully long and stows away nicely - LCD is white background making it easier to see - Batteries snugly sit in the pockets and won't fall out - Faster charging than OEM - Compact What I don't like: - LCD display is too simplistic - just coarse bars and no other information (like battery health, voltage, capacity, etc.) So it does the job well - took off 1 star for the simplistic LCD display. wish could give this 6-stars! dual display meters! usb-micro built-in and tucked in! and extra detached usb-micro cable. AND a free 6x6" cleaning cloth one can use to clean lens or glass. whats not to like ?!!
