So quick and easy looks just like professional nails. Only criticism is colors I received didn’t match description I received nude / neutral colors and no glitter colors

Unfortunately, despite previous great reviews, this product let me down. It chipped on off my nail within a couple of days. It also wasn't appropriate for my toes as the containers were too small to "dip" into. Sadly disappointed with my purchase.

I've bought three of these nail kits and each one has had a defective/solidified gel top coat. I love the colors and ease of use, but the powder base/activation coat doesn't last more than a few days without the gel coat. I tried other brands of gel coats with the powder base/activation coat but the gel coat never sets. Which means the whole kit is useless without the gel coat on top. To make matters worse my nails are brittle and removing the bottom coats after just applying them, even after soaking them in 100% acetone, causes the top layer of my nails to flake off. The last kit I received was today 3/11/2025 and the top coat was completely solidified again! I'm returning it for a replacement and will update when I receive it. Update 3/14/2025: I received the replacement kit and the gel top coat is completely normal and fluid. I really like these kits but only having 1/4 kits with a normal fluid gel top coat feels like taking a gamble to purchase and I'm not a gambler. So while I won't purchase these kits in the future, I am happy I can at least use the kits I already have a couple of times.

Me encanta!

I have been getting dip nails in the salon for 5 years now on my natural nails. After a friend purchased an Amazon nail dip kit, and I attempted my own, I made quite a few mistakes but was determined I could do better (because I realized this had the potential to save me so much money!). So I purchased THIS kit, and decided to be meticulous about the steps. I am writing this review a whole week after the pictures above were taken, and I can honestly say this has HELD UP BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!! I have actually received compliments on my nails and I get to proudly say I did them myself! I am fortunate enough to be blessed with long natural nails so I can't speak to how the dip holds on on nail extensions, but here are a few tips I strongly encourage anyone who buys this kit: DO buff the surface of your natural nail. Not anything CRAZY, just give it some light texture using the the squishy buff block. The first time I didn't do this and it didn't adhere well, and then snagged in my hair nonstop. So don't skip that step! When painting the base, DO go thin (especially by the top cuticle, you don't want that part to be thick, trust me!) DO use the brush to brush off the excess powder. I was also dumb about this the first time, and thought "well I just want it to be good and strong." No. That's not how it works. If it is too bulky and too thick, it actually cracks WAY easier. Dip your nail, BRUSH OFF THE EXCESS. Do the same for your second coat. By brushing off the excess, it also keeps your dip layer very consistent and smooth, without getting weird little clumps on the surface. Overall I'm SO HAPPY with this kit! A couple of days ago I did accidentally crunched my thumb nail in a door handle and it crunched off a couple of chips in my nail, BUT I believe this is an anomaly because ALL my other nails have held up throughout the week....AND through some intensive yardwork!
