Pretty good but.....
I have used the drill numerous times and am satisfied with its performance. I am somewhat disappointed that the hand held part isn’t that slim. It would be good if it fit my hand better. The weight is fine and it is easy to use. I didn’t really need pink though. Maybe I missed the option to order black?

This seller/company has awesome customer service
I am not going to go into the details of why I had to contact the Pink Power because someone else messed up on my drill, but Pink Power Customer Service made it good. The drill works really well, it's got good power, it's got fast re-charge, I like that it's 1/2 inch, and it's light weight enough that my old lady wrist can handle it and get the job done. I highly recommend the product and the company. Thank you.

Great product! Good quality and outstanding customer service!
I bought this drill for the girlfriend as a Christmas gift and unfortunately the battery that it came with was defective, it wouldn't hold a charge. My concern was that since she didn't get to use the drill until March I would have a problem making a claim but I was wrong! I called the number on the paperwork and Diane took care of my problem. She expressed how sorry she was that I ran into this issue and immediately took my information so she could send a replacement battery at no charge.The batter arrived within 5 days and voila! Drill ready! The drill is very well made and has a good hefty weight to it.I would strongly recommend this seller; a great product but more importantly, GREAT customer service! Does the job.
I do like this. The battery does not stay charged very long however. It is easy to handle and fits well in my hand. Does the job. I would recommend it.

Faulty charger from first opening.
I am very disappointed about this product. The charger does not work and have called the customer service card on the inside of the box to ask for help and just get voicemail. Well the voicemail is full and is not accepting messages. I just opened the drill for the first time for my wife to use and it doesn’t work at all. Tried different outlets to see if the outlet was bad, tried unplugging the battery from the charger multiple times and it just doesn’t work. Can’t use the drill of the charger won’t charge the battery..
