This product really works for me and my wife. I take it every night at bedtime and my digestion and digestive comfort are very good. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Not helping clean my colon or helping me poo.

I feel like I can't accurately rate a supplement when I haven't been able to take as directed. I had a very hard time taking this 30 min before bed as directed. So, I haven't been taking it regularly enough to say it works. I haven't had anything negative happen when I did try this out. I can't say that I noticed anything great either. This definitely appears to be something that's taken regularly to have a benefit.This seems like good quality stuff, keep in mind you'll need to take it daily, 30 min before bed for the full benefit. That might not be ideal for some and it needs to be taken into consideration.

I liked that Veda Rescue was easy to swallow. There are 56 caps. I took them for 2 weeks. I called the Co. I was told to continue taking it until I finished the bottle. After taking the 56 caps, I don't see any difference in my gut issues. I would not recommend this product.

I don't always eat the best, but I'm working to do better. I take digestive enzymes to help with digestion of food. I've wanted to find a good probiotic to start taking to help my gut health. When doing my research, prebiotics came up in the same discussion. When I saw that this has probiotics and prebiotics it caught my attention. It also has Triphala, which is one of the longest used herbal remedies in the world. It has numerous health benefits.I was nervous taking this before bed as I didn't know if I would be waking up in the middle of the night running to the bathroom. It does say gentle and I was hoping they were telling the truth. Thankfully they were! I took it 30ish minutes before bed, as suggested, and went to bed as normal. I woke up feeling great and it did have a cleansing effect (I won't go into any more detail). I'm new to Ayurvedic practices, but I'm glad I found this. I would suggest this to anyone looking to help their gut and overall health!

Works for digestive health and no unpleasant side effects for me. Easy to take, no unpleasant aftertaste. If these specific ingredients are important to you, then I would recommend. If not, there are definitely brands that work just as well that don’t come with the higher price tag that this one does.

Triphala on its own is great for gut health. This is basically an upgraded triphala + Epicor (prebiotic) + probiotic.It's a nice blend of triphala extract + triphala powder + Epicor (which acts as a prebiotic and promotes immune health and improves allergies) + DE111 probiotic (a clinically studied strain with a number of gut health benefits)The dosage is effective and appropriate:600mg Triphala extract.500mg Epicor1B CFUs of DE111 probiotics.Minor complaint is the description says "organic" but the bottle doesn't appear to mention organic, nor is there any organic certification I can find.Overall - it's an excellent and high quality Triphala supplement, and an ideal formulation for gut health.

In theory, this supplement combines traditionally used Ayurvedic herbs with a spore-based probiotic to support critical gut health.The label doesn't state where the product is manufactured, just that it is distributed by"Healthy Directions" in Bethesda, MD, nor is the source of the ingredients listed. So, for me, I have some hesitation due to these factors.I recommend consulting with your health care provider prior to use.
