Manava Coffee - Colombia - Premium Coffee Medium Roast 100% Arabica - Ground - 227g

The grind for this coffee is suitable for cafetières and filter machines. In a cafetière, when hot water is poured over a good foam develops, indicative of a fresh coffee. The flavour is a little caramel, with woody notes beneath and a noticeable astringency. It’s a decent coffee, not my favourite ever, but certainly pleasant enough.

There isn't too much that I can say about this coffee. It's good but unremarkable, unlikely to become a personal favorite as I drink mainly espresso and this is a coarser grind than what I would normally use for my machine. It seems to be more acidic than their Costa Rica option, and I do prefer that one. I also typically like my coffee stronger than this, but that probably wouldn't matter as much if I had found this mild experience somewhat memorable in taste - but it mostly just felt bland. I don't think it quite gets the job done for me as an everyday coffee (it could probably also be less pricey given the fact that it's pretty average).

I recently tried out this Manava Colombia coffee and I have to say, it's really nice! The coarse blend is perfect for using in my cafetiere, and the medium strength is just right for my taste. It has a smooth and rich flavor, without being too bitter or overpowering. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're a coffee lover like me!

Tasted awful

Prepared in an espresso machine, this coffee has a great rich flavor and good crema. It is toasty and dark but not burned and has a good level of natural sweetness too. It has a very fine grind which maximizes flavor. I really liked it, I recommend giving it a try.

A spectacular smooth and flavoursome premium tasting coffee. Smells great, tastes great. Brews very well in my cafetiere. Comes in a resealable packet and arrives very fresh. Can't fault it.
